These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PI Intake Ops website, demonstrations,
trials, AI agents, automation services, and related services.
By accessing our website, requesting or participating in a trial, purchasing services, or otherwise using PI Intake Ops
services, you agree to these Terms. Clients who execute a separate service agreement with PI Intake Ops are also
subject to that agreement. If a signed client agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding the purchased
services, the signed client agreement will control.
1. Our Services
PI Intake Ops provides AI-powered intake and communication systems designed primarily for personal injury law
firms.
Depending on the services purchased, functionality may include:
• AI-powered telephone agents
• Immediate response and missed-call recovery
• After-hours call handling
• Intake and lead qualification
• SMS and email follow-up
• Lead nurturing
• Appointment or consultation scheduling
• CRM integration
• Call recording and transcription
• Call summaries
• Document collection assistance
• Workflow automation
• Pipeline updates
• Reporting and operational insights
Available functionality depends on the client's selected package, configuration, integrations, and approved workflows.
2. AI Technology
PI Intake Ops services use artificial intelligence and third-party technology platforms.
AI-generated responses and actions may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misunderstood, or
otherwise imperfect. Clients should not treat the AI agents as attorneys, legal professionals, or substitutes for attorney
review or professional judgment. PI Intake Ops AI agents do not provide legal advice and do not independently
determine whether an attorney-client relationship exists.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to configure their AI agents and workflows. This
may include:
• Firm information
• Practice areas
• Intake criteria
• Call routing rules
• Escalation procedures
• Scheduling rules
• Required intake questions
• Follow-up requirements
• Document requirements
• CRM information
• Approved scripts and communications
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving their agent configuration before go-live. Clients must notify PI
Intake Ops when material firm policies, intake criteria, routing requirements, or other information used by an agent
changes.
4. Legal and Professional Compliance
Each client remains responsible for its own compliance with applicable:
• Laws and regulations
• State Bar requirements
• Professional responsibility rules
• Advertising requirements
• Privacy requirements
• Call-recording requirements
• SMS and telephone communication requirements
• Consent requirements
• Record-retention obligations
PI Intake Ops provides technology and operational services and does not provide legal advice to its clients.
5. Trial Period
Where offered, eligible clients may receive a 7-day trial of PI Intake Ops services. The implementation fee may be
waived for clients specifically approved for the trial. Usage incurred during the trial is billed at the applicable usage
rate.
PI Intake Ops | Smarter Intake. Faster Response. More Cases.
PI Intake Ops may process usage charges when accumulated trial usage reaches $25 and may process any
remaining
usage charges at the conclusion of the trial. Unless the client cancels in accordance with the applicable trial terms, the
first month's subscription payment will be charged on Day 8 and paid service will begin.
6. Subscription Services
Paid PI Intake Ops services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Applicable
subscription fees, usage allowances, additional-location charges, implementation fees, and other charges will be
disclosed in the client's order, proposal, payment authorization, or service agreement.
7. Usage
Plans may include a monthly usage allowance. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable client agreement:
Included minutes reset each billing period.
Unused minutes do not roll over.
Usage exceeding an included allowance may result in additional usage charges.
Third-party or pass-through usage costs may apply where disclosed.
Usage is measured through PI Intake Ops or its applicable technology providers.
8. Additional Locations
Services purchased for one firm location do not automatically extend to additional locations where separate
configuration, routing, workflows, telephone systems, or operations are required. Unless otherwise agreed in writing,
additional locations are billed at $2,500 per location per month.
9. Payment Authorization
Clients must maintain a valid payment method where required.
By providing a payment method and authorizing recurring billing, the client authorizes PI Intake Ops and its payment
processor to charge applicable subscription fees, usage charges, additional-location fees, approved implementation
fees, and other authorized charges.
Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of services.
10. Cancellation
Services are month-to-month and may be canceled in accordance with the cancellation requirements contained in the
client's service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellation must be provided at least 7 days before
the
next renewal date to prevent the next month's subscription from being charged. Additional information is available in
our Cancellations and Refunds Policy.
11. Refunds
Payments to PI Intake Ops are generally non-refundable and non-prorated once charged.

Canceling during a paid billing period does not entitle the client to a refund or credit for the unused portion of that
period.
Please review our Cancellations and Refunds Policy for additional information.
12. Confidentiality and Client Data
Each party agrees to use reasonable measures to protect confidential information received from the other party.
As between PI Intake Ops and the client, the client retains ownership of its client, lead, case, and business data.
PI Intake Ops may process that information as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the services.

PI Intake Ops is designed to improve intake responsiveness and operational processes.
We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, signed cases, case acceptance, revenue, settlements, conversion
rates, marketing performance, or specific financial results. Results depend on numerous factors outside PI Intake Ops'

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PI Intake Ops' aggregate liability arising from or relating to the
services will not exceed the amount of one prior monthly subscription payment paid by the client for the applicable
services, except where a different limitation is required by law or expressly stated in a signed agreement. PI Intake
Ops
will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages to the extent
permitted by law.

information, business data, and materials supplied to PI Intake Ops.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
